The Prabowo-Sandi pair's National Winning Body (BPN) filed a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court (MK) against alleged violations and fraud in the 2019 presidential election on Thursday.
"The plan today is to file a lawsuit with the Constitutional Court," said BPN Director of Advocacy and Law, Sufmi Dasco Ahmad, in Jakarta on Thursday.
Previously, presidential candidate number 02 Prabowo Subianto said his side would take a constitutional path to resolve alleged violations and fraud in the 2019 presidential election.
BPN spokesman Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak said that his side had prepared a lawsuit against the results of the presidential election and would submit it to the Constitutional Court on Thursday (May 23).
He said, to file the lawsuit, the BPN had prepared a team of lawyers led by Rikrik Rizkian.
The team of lawyers consists of Rikrik Rizkian, Bambang Widjojanto, Irman Putra Sidin, and Denny Indrayana.
