The report will investigate administration violations and election-related disputes.
"For KPU, (we) are just open, if any party feels disadvantaged, and wants to establish a team," Asy'ari said here on Friday.
The member of the Election Executor Honorary Council (DKPP) said KPU was prepared to provide data and documents to the team, he added.
In fact, the Law on General Election has included regulations on election fraud and a report on alleged fraud filed to the Election Supervisory Agency (Bawaslu).
Earlier, Dahnil Anzar Simanjuntak of the Prabowo-Sandi campaign team said his team was open to the possible establishment of a fact-finding team to investigate the alleged fraud during the 2019 simultaneous legislative and presidential elections held on April 17, 2019.
